Lo sbrinamento avviene tramite gas caldo. Con la soluzione di sbrinamento basata sull\u2019intelligenza artificiale di Coldsense, lo sbrinamento dei magazzini surgelati non avviene pi\u00f9 secondo un programma temporale fisso, ma in base allo stato reale di funzionamento. A questo scopo Coldsense collega sensori, dati e intelligenza artificiale in un sistema intelligente che monitora l\u2019intero ambiente refrigerato in tempo reale: temperatura, formazione di ghiaccio, flussi energetici e comportamento degli utenti. Particolarmente innovativi sono i sensori di ghiaccio utilizzati, sviluppati internamente: a differenza dei sensori di temperatura, questo sensore high-tech consente il rilevamento diretto di brina, ghiaccio misto e ghiaccio trasparente sull\u2019evaporatore dell\u2019impianto frigorifero.
